Galeria Plaza Veracruz, Veracruz

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed that the non-smoking room we reserved wasn't available. The service was excellent with friendly staff. The location was very convenient to the Convention Center and Mall. The dining options were awesome, offering a variety of fresh choices. However, the cardiovascular equipment in the room was old and made exercising uncomfortable and smelly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Convention Center and a mall, making it a great spot for shopping.
